With COS Brews’ Live Coupon System, customer account requests are validated by your brewery staff accounts in real time. You can use any combinations of your staff’s personal devices, dedicated business devices, and/or “Kiosk Mode” (requires a dedicated Tablet/Laptop) to Access and Manage your Brewery’s Live Promo Feed.

Customers select to “Use Promo” when they are seated and placing an order. This is loaded into your brewery’s Live Promos Feed as a Redemption Request. Your “Daily Active” Staff can search the Live Promo Feed for customer redemption requests and approve/deny requests in real-time.

Your POS’s order number can optionally be logged to promo approvals and even further reflect which staff member redeemed that specific order.
