PCXPA Pale Ale

A combination of orange peel, hibiscus flowers, and Grungeist hops make this pinkish ale slightly tart and very citrusy.

The Bristol beer that started it all back in 1994 is lively and hoppy right up front, with a crisp finish–and just enough malt character to provide balance in between. Rocket’s hop character comes from a blend of Perle, Willamette, and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with Cascade.

Gentle clove phenolics and a spiciness from the Saazer hops, the flavor is fruity with notes of green apple that give a slight tartness but is not over-powering.
