Ocean Of Clouds

We've taken our Classically brewed Belgian Witbier and hopped it up with copious Citra and Amarillo hops. To provide balance, we made the malt backbone much stronger to support those extra hops. The flavors are like a wit, a subtle but unmistakable orange peel and coriander combo along with a mild belgian yeast profile. However, those extra hops take the driver's seat and toss the rest of the flavors in the backseat. The classic wit flavors act to complement the hops and bitterness instead of providing their usual dominant role in this beer.
