Description
A refreshing Belgian-style ale brewed in collaboration with Cerberus Brewing that has ginger in the mash with later additions of Coriander, sweet limes and Calamansi Puree. The Calamansi is a citrus fruit that is a hybrid of a mandarin orange and a kumquat. Fermented with an authentic Saison yeast strain; it's a complex and favorful beer.
