Description
The aroma is an interesting blend of fruit, oak and lactic tartness with and a hint of smoke. Maltiness quells the sourness up front, letting it shine more on the back, though a sweetness from dark crystal malt and lactose keeps it from being too aggressive, allowing a gentle blueberry compliment at the end.
