A smooth, malty backbone supports its warming finish, making it a perfect beer for slow sipping. Inspired by the uncanny resemblance between the cellarmen at Phantom Canyon and Wynkoop Breweries, this beer is a tribute to shared passion, craftsmanship, and possibly genes. 10oz tulip & .5L stein (limit 2 on steins).
