This rebrew is still a moderately dry Stout that achieves a dry-roasted character through the use of the Huge amounts of a very dark coffee-like roasted chocolate malts which define much of the character of Initial malt and light caramel flavors before they give way to a distinctive dry-roasted bitterness in the finish that is effortlessly complimented with 84# of sweet cherry purée!
