Our traditional English style Barleywine delivers subtle notes of bruleed sugar, honey and vanilla bean in each sip. Rich layers of malty sweetness support a pronounced tannic structure only achieved with patience and proper care. Brewed to celebrate the wild past year and all those who made it possible here at Phantom Canyon, cheers!
