Platyform LLC. (DBA “COS Brews”) offers our customers the opportunity to receive COS Brews Mobile Alerts. If you choose to opt in, you will receive SMS text messages and other communications with alerts, information, and updates regarding COS Brews and your community experience, as well as special offers, promotions, and marketing offers. Use of COS Brews Mobile Alerts is governed at all times by these Terms and Conditions. You can opt-out of COS Brews Mobile Alerts at any time by following the instructions below.

Consent

WHEN YOU OPT-IN TO COS Brews ALERTS, YOU AGREE:

• To these Terms and Conditions and the use and processing of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this COS Brews Privacy Policy
• COS Brews will send you text messages, information, and alerts via the mobile telephone number you used to opt-in. Message frequency varies. By opting-in, you agree that COS Brews may send advertisements or telemarketing messages to your mobile telephone number through SMS or MMS text messages. You are not required to enter this agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. To “Opt Out” of this service, you may reply “STOP” at any time to halt all SMS sending.
• You are over the age of 21 and you are authorized to enter into this agreement.
• You have entered the mobile telephone number correctly and you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided.
• You will contact us to let us know (within 48 hours) if your phone number changes or is reassigned.
• You understand that your mobile carrier’s messaging and data rates may apply.  All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.  COS Brews does not charge you for receiving SMS text messages from COS Brews Mobile Alerts.
• NO SMS or mobile phone information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes without your explicit consent and opt-in to receive promotions from our local partners.

How to Opt-In and Opt-Out of COS Brews Mobile Alerts

1. Opt-In.  To opt-in to COS Brews Mobile Alerts: COS Brews will provide you with opportunities to opt-in to receive SMS text messages and other communications by providing your phone number to the website during or after creating an account and visiting the Customize Alerts page.  Once you opt-in through this method, you will receive an initial text message confirming your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Opt-Out.  You can opt-out at any time, which will discontinue your use of COS Brews Mobile Alerts, using one of these three methods:
   
   1. Log in to your account and visit the Customize Alerts page. Here you can deactivate SMS and MMS sending by toggling off “SMS” as a Preferred Delivery Method. 
   2. Send an SMS text message with the word STOP to (719) 800-7880. You will receive one return SMS text message confirming you have been opted-out.
   3. Contact COS Brews via email at [email protected]. We request that you use the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MOBILE ALERTS.”  Please include your mobile phone number.  You will receive a return email confirming you have opted-out. 

Opting Out of COS Brews Mobile Alerts will NOT opt you out of receiving communications from COS Brews other than COS Brews Mobile Alerts.  For more information on opting out of other communications from COS Brews, please contact support at [email protected].

Not all carriers and devices support SMS & MMS.  COS Brews and the Carriers are not responsible or liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
