Description

Our newest Pilot Batch Release! This classic style Saison is brewed with White Flaked Wheat and Pilsner/Vienna malt. A subtle bitterness comes from the presence of East Kent Golding and Styrian Golding hops. This beer has a spicy and peppery character from the addition of Grains of Paradise. This refreshing brew has a light and dry finish.

A rich malt profile with hints of caramel and chocolate. Raisin and plum-like esters add to the complexity. Subtle spicy notes from the Belgian yeast and Styrian Goldings hops balance out the malts enough to leave a moderately dry finish. The effervescent carbonation makes the beer “Taste great!” and be “Less filling!”
